This policy covers the apps published by Jackrabbit Games ("we", "us"), including Lab Tycoon. We build single-player games and we try to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

Our games are single-player and store your progress on your device. We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or contacts to play.

We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics

Some of our games use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which features are used and to fix crashes. Where used, this is limited to app-usage events and basic device information (such as device model and OS version) and is not used to identify you personally.

Advertising and purchases

Some games may offer optional in-app purchases or optional rewarded ads. Purchases are processed by Apple; we never receive your card details. If a game shows ads, the ad provider may process device identifiers to serve and measure ads, subject to your iOS privacy settings (including App Tracking Transparency). You can always decline tracking.

Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

You can reset a game's local data from within its settings, or by deleting the app. You can control ad tracking in iOS under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
